Recipe

800 g fresh brussel sprouts
8 slices of thin cut bacon
1 onion
1 cup heavy cream
Salt/pepper
8 slices of pork belly

How to do

Fry the pork belly in the oven at 430 F for 30 minutes. Turn the pork when half of the time is passed. Remember to have an eye on the pork because you don’t want it to get burned.
Clean the brussel sprouts and cut them in to halves. Cut the bacon and onions in small pieces and fry them in some oil in a fryingpan. Add the brussel sprouts to the frying pan and fry them until they are moist and tender. Add the heavy creme, salt and pepper and let the dish simmer until the cream is getting fatter.
Serve on a plate with the pork belly and som fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Bon Appetite
